You need to reinstall your panel. Slave server can be controlled only from Master server. So when you install again kloxo cp don't run make-slave.

Is there a way users to select what stats program they want to use? If there is no way i think this will be a good option.
I set awstats, but some clients want to use webalizer, so it will be useful if they can select what to use.

I didn't say it is a error. But its appear in all clients log.
For example i have wildcard cert *.domain.com
And when i add client with domain2.com this warn appear in his error log on each graceful or reload or restart but it is: [warn] RSA server certificate wildcard CommonName (CN) `*.domain.com' does NOT match.....

Yea and then it change to *.my.cert|host'
This problem is because all domains use shared ssl..

+1 for exim. Everything but not qmail
There is a big problem with qmail.
Every day we clean some site from scripts that send mass mail. The most strange thing is that those scripts send mail from fake address.
For example: client have mail account client@domain.com, but if his site got hacked all mails are sent from some virtual mails eg. client2@domain.com or blahblah@domain.com..

Please check /var/log/httpd/error_log
If all sites can't load 100% you will see some errors inside error_log.
