Emails are now working after reinstalling using below command

Earlier I deleted this manually by removing all folders from the above specified folder. Will that affect mail delivery?

After deleting mail queue mails have stopped working.

Our server was facing spamming, so below are the steps we did

• Stopped mailing server (qmailctl stop)
• Removed qmail from smtp programs in Switch Program option
• Added username in sendban rules
• Deleted complete queue from "/var/qmail/queue/local, /var/qmail/queue/remote and /var/qmail/queue/mess" - by following https://forum.mratwork.com/kloxo-mr-technical-helps/how-to-clean-mail-queue/msg25557/#msg25557

Clamd log was clean only database status check was seen

If Spamdyke is enabled, this isn't the step that should have blocked spamming?

I am trying to Enable Default DNS RBL Servers, but the checkbox always stays unticked.

Was attempting to install on RHEL OS on EC2

Now tried with CentOS 6 (x86_64) - with Updates HVM

Getting below error
