Hello,

I just updated my Kloxo Mr installation to 7.0.0.c-2017060801. After update I tried to do

sh /script/cleanup
sh: /script/cleanup: No such file or directory
&

Code: [Select]

sh /script/upcp
sh: /script/upcp: No such file or directory

both failed with following error

Code: [Select]

No such file or directory
Is this a problem I should be worried about? As i am used to do /script/cleanup after every update.

I just tried sh /script/sysinfo & sh /script/restart-all which are also showing No such file or directory.

How can I fix this??

I hope next upload will include letsencrypt ready.

I think Let's encrypt is now supported, i added certificate successfully. Go to KloxoMR/Domains/yourdomain.tld/SSL certificates/Add let's encrypt. If error 400, try to login SSH and restart services (sh /script/restart-all).

This was an old post. Letsencrypt was added in the immidiate update after this post and its working fine. Thank you so much Mustafa for putting in your efforts and creating such a great product.

Hello,

Is it possible to add mail accounts to kloxo mr 7 manually using ssh console? Just curious, I want to debug my installation by adding a mail account manually to a client's domain. I am unable to add mail account on that specific domain via kloxo mr panel. The mail account creation with this domain's subdomain works fine. Every where else mail creation is working as expected without any error. I have even tried to delete this domain entirely and adding it again but still no luck.. I tried everything but i have not found any error. So, I want to identify the root cause of this problem manually creating mail account for this domain.

ok i got control of the situation by turn on debug mode and entered kloxo panel. From panel i switched to nds now web sites are back online.

but still i will request you to look in the email creation problem I can provide you my vps credentials.

I updated the panel on 11 dec. I will check again for updates after finishing restart-all.  After update i will switch to NDS.

Ok now all the sites are down including kloxo Mr panel. I tried sh /script/cleanup and sh /script fix all but no problem is still there I tried sh /script/restart-all and i got this

- Fix mail-all services
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
- Fix ftp-all services
- Fix skeleton services

while running fix-all i encountered this

- Add Password to configuration file
- Could not grant privileges. Script Abort*** Afterlogic Webmail Lite setup ***
- Preparing database
- Rename 'setting.xml' to 'settings.xml.php'
- Generating password
- Add Password to configuration file
- Could not grant privileges. Script Abort*** Squirrelmail Webmail setup ***
- Preparing Database
 
Update

I  ran

sh /script/reset-mysql-root-password YOURNEWPASSWORD
sh /script/fixmail-all
sh /script/fixdnsaddstatsrecord
sh /script/restart-all

still dns was not not working then i ran

sh /script/fixdns
service djbdns setup
sh /script/restart-dns -y
sh /script/fix-all (and its now hanged there)

anyway kloxo panel is accessible via IP address

Need propagation time to make 'stats' ready to access.

For djbdns, try 'service djbdns setup; sh /script/restart-dns -y'.

I will switch to NDS But my major problem is MailAccount creation is failing for just one client.
I had too much trouble with this specific client in the past first kloxo Mr wasn't even creating account with this name then after troubleshooting it manually (because the fix scripts were not working for this). And now its not allowing email account creation.

Inform here for '/home/vpopmail/bin/vdominfo; sh /script/mailqueue -l' for qmail. Also testing your domain mail via mxtoolbox.com.

For stats, what's you see if access to stats.yourdomain.com?.

1. For stats, try 'sh /script/fixtraffic'
2. For qmail, try 'sh /script/reset-mysql-root-password YOURNEWPASSWORD' and then 'sh /script/fixmail-all'.

Tried both of them but nothing happened. Issues are still present.

1). Stats not working stats.domain.tld shows server not found (for all domains it was working fine 2 months ago before updates).

2).  MailAccount add failed on one domain. Even Maildir, .qmail were not present in client's directory.
