Stopped working MySQL database
what to do ?

Installation PHP7 through the panel Kloxo.
But now the Cyrillic alphabet as ?? , What's the problem?
Also part of the code is not working CMS.

When you upload a file ZIP, from the file manager . Kloxo MP 7.0 gives an error ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. Only helps to reboot the server .
