Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / smtp blocked

not sure if this is kloxo issue or linux issue
but i cannot send mail after my hdd failure and reinstall everything

can receive mail no problem
but maillog saying cannot establish smtp connection for outgoing mail

all ports are open in my firewall and i can telnet to any smtp server on port 25

i finally fixed it again by going to:

admin —Servers — localhost — PHP Configure
and enable multiple PHP


strange this option not under admin — PHP Configure

happens alot when switching php

first try update again to 5.6
both for php branch and php used.

if not working, goto cli and try sh /script/restart-all

a bigger problem i see is the i/o wait time of your CPU.
basically your CPU is being utilized, but it is waitting for your disk to serve the resource.
i would investigate the logs/domain to see what resource is being accessed and why the CPU is waitting on it.

you can use these commands too:
iostat will help you find which disk in question
iotop will help you find the process in question
lsof -p <Process ID> to help find the file in question

your suggestion didnt work
and sadly after reviewing log files, http, nginx, php,   (use-nginx proxy)
im not able to find any clues as to why its not working this time.

thanks, that worked

all problems now resolved except some php error
with round cube give blank page at webmail.domain.com

last time i switch php used and php branch solve the problem
but this time it didnt work
i am still investigating the issue

web server is working again, so ssl no a problem

those options for webmail were there yesterday, and today missing.

the os template is minimal image directly from centos.org

not sure how can be bad.

after HDD failure, i had to reinstall everything

i cannot start webserver nn kloxo because:
file '/home/kloxo/httpd/ssl/eth0___localhost.pem' does not exist or is empty


and for webmail choose system default
no option there, only "chooser"

1) makes sense, but the problem still occur after delete domain, and that domain not added back.

1)cannot delete FTP user from domain.

Error: No Permit Delete Main FTP User.

2) still some strange problem with log rotate...
when log rotate occur, the new log files are created,
but everything still writing/reading to old log files.
