Anybody else encountered this? I did a quick on my kloxomr 6.5 setup and this problem does not happen, so i'm thinking this is a v7 problem only

As the the title states, as a 'client' logged in to the panel, using a resource plan with "Can Add Domain" DISABLED, I am still capable of creating domains under my account.

Is this a bug or am I missing another configuration setting/step?

Additional info, this is on v7.0.0.b-2014101504, on a master-slave server setup (client account are in the slave server).

Thanks, I started to figure out that much as well. Is this going to be fixed? Or do I have an alternative, like edit the config file to make the values stick? I've been trying to modify "/opt/php53s/custom/php53s.ini" and "/opt/php53s/etc/php53s.ini" but it's not working (the values always get reverted to the original values).

All values, or least I think it is. I am changing:
- Max Execution Time
- Max Input Time
- Memory Limit
- Post Max Size
- Upload File Max Size
- Timezone

The results are the same whether I change them all at once + update, or, change one by one + update.

Thank you for the response - I have already been doing what you suggested from the very start. My question was: why are the settings not copied to the new client's PHP settings? I am assuming the PHP configuration I modify at the beginning are supposed to be the 'updated' defaults. I believe this is a bug.

Here is general overview of the process I am asking about:
1. I update the Advance PHP configuration, like what you suggested.
    a. I update the timezone from "Europe/London" to my local tz.
    b. I update limits, etc.
2. I create a new client.
3. I click on the client name from the clients list, a prompt appears saying I need to update/set php. I click the link on this prompt.

At this point, I am taken to the page: admin - Clients - <clientname> - {PHP Configure}. Expected result is that the settings I updated before (#1) would have been copied here. Actual result is that the settings are still from the 'old' values (ex. timezone is still London).

Kloxo-MR Bugs and Requests / Advanced PHP Configure settings
« on: 2014-10-13, 10:09:17 »
Hello,

Why is it that when I create a new client, the settings that I have under Advanced PHP Configure, are not carried over from the defaults I set under Admin? In other words, for examples: I already changed timezone to my local one but it always set to "Europe/London" on newly created client. I also changed the limits (Max Execution, Max Input, etc), but they are also always set to the original values.

This is not the use-case behavior that I encounter with older KloxoMR.

My Kloxo info:

Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / httpd config files in v7
« on: 2014-10-07, 11:19:47 »
Hello,

I cannot seem to find the httpd configs for the domains created. I am testing out v7.0b.

I previously had test v6.5.0 and I found that the domains I created, had their config files stored in "/home/apache/conf/domains/". This folder is what is missing in my current setup. Did I do anything wrong that probably removed the directory?

Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / Cannot run sysinfo on slave?
« on: 2014-09-24, 11:29:31 »
Whenever i try to run sysinfo in /script on my slave server, I get this message:

"This is a Slave Server. Operate it at the Master server."

I am trying v7, and I don't remember having this issue with 6.5.0.

Anything wrong I might be doing?

Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / Master-Slave config of php-type
« on: 2014-09-08, 12:55:09 »
I am currently using 6.5.0. Since I am confused with what is 'updated' information, I'd like to ask if it possible to have this setup:

Master: lighttpd
Slave1: apache
Slave2: nginx

I think I read somewhere that using 'php-fpm' for php-type does not work on slave servers, and that nginx & lighttpd will always default to using php-type : 'php-fpm' - therefore, my setup will never work.
