Have you check and add PHP-fpm Limit Extensions for options is .php .php3 .php4 .php5 .php7

If not add it first and try 'yum clean metadata', 'yum clean all', 'yum update -y'. 'sh /script/cleanup', 'sh /script/fix-configs-files', 'sh /script/fix-all' and check again your webserver configure
