Hello, I have a problem with the use of emails. The problem is that not send and receive messages. I did e-mail account - test@dlozev.eu and sent a message from test@dlozev.eu to test@dlozev.eu. And I received the letter, but I can send and receive from external servers.

After Fresh Install again the .htaccess file not working. AllowOverride is set to - All
