it respond as

sh /script/restart-all

my all websites respond and working but soon after 1 minute again down.

What's the reason?

Now i am going to import it on Mysql 5.1 ver, it gives error.
MySQL said: Documentation

#1115 - Unknown character set: 'utf8mb4'

What should i do now?

i have 3.9 GB admin backup and now restored after reinstallation of Kloxo MR, but after restoration process disk sizes in accounts shown accurate but there are no files in clients accounts .
