Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / kloxo.exe segfault

Hi,
i have following problem => i wana at a slave server and get "kloxo.exe[29808]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f4ece243b71 sp 00007ffdb114f958 error 4 in libc-2.17.so[7f4ece1bd
000+1b6000]" on the slave, i tested with centos 6.9 and centos 7.
my setup is that the kloxo machines are behind a haproxy in a subnet
anny suggestions ?
