Please tell me how to setup Vps ?? Is there any tutorial or youtube video or steps which will help me regarding installation.

If you mean Kloxo-MR install (not include CentOS OS), read https://github.com/mustafaramadhan/kloxo/blob/release/how-to-install.txt

If you mean OS install, choose CentOS 6.x. If your RAM no more then 4GB and no plan to upgrade to 4GB or more, choose 32bit (i386/x86) in Vultr panel.
