Best Centos Version - Varnish+NginX+Apache & SSL Support !

1) What is a best version for Support CentOS ? Centos 6.9 is Ready & tested?
2) Can i Use Varnish + NginX + Apache ?
3) I Wanna use cache for SSL (443, Let's Encrypt) too its possible ?
4) Can change FTP Server to ProFTP?

1.Yes, CentOS 6.9 is supported.
2. Not recommended and not supported by Kloxo-MR. Nginx does caching pretty well, why put Varnish put in front of it? You are introducing overhead with 3 layers, keep that in mind too!
3. Yes, TLS session caching is supported by Nginx.
4. On my CentOS 6.9 and CentOS 7 Kloxo-MR i got pure-ftpd, nothing else.

All Websites redirects to HTTPS i dont have any website in HTTP !
use NginX only? Use another proxy service? Use Varnish?
