Why do my awstats require id and password.

I didn't set any password for awstats.

But when I access awstats, it requre id and password.

How can i access it without is and password?

Access always need within password. It is for security reason.

But i can't login into it even if my id and password entered in.

Go to 'admin > clients > (choose 1 client) > domains > (choose 1 domain) > Stats Page Protection' and then change password. Stats username is domain name.
