What's the update?

Can I find out what the updates are Kloxo-MR?
---> Package kloxomr.noarch 0:6.5.0.f-2013031808.mr will be updated
---> Package kloxomr.noarch 0:6.5.0.f-2013031809.mr will be an update
What are they?
Again the same problem I have:

If you have a problem with qmail, try 'yum remove *-toaster; yum install *-toaster; sh /script/fixmail-all'.

E-mails work. Only after this strange update again done so in directories such as the link that I gave above.

Language remove and need installed separately with 'yum install kloxomr-lang-*'

It's not hang but sometime download virus signature from clamav repo very-very slow.
