In Cpanel we have pipeline option in control panel , where i can find same in Kloxo MR?

What i want is that , Someone send me a email at xyx@domain.com its recorded into my database and a ticket id is sent to him , how to do this in Kloxo ..(My backend script is php)

Try add something like '|/path/to/admin/pipe_bounce.php' instead 'mail@domain.com'.
