Title: Web Server Trouble after last update
Post by: bigdigillc on 2016-06-05, 21:19:53
I was using NGINX proxy, but am now getting this error:

Code: [Select]
*** Process for NGINX service ***
  - Process: restart
Stopping nginx:                                            [FAILED]
Starting nginx: nginx: [emerg] the "http2" parameter requires ngx_http_v2_module in /opt/configs/nginx/conf/globals/listen_ssl_default.conf:1
                                                           [FAILED]
-------------------------------------------------------------------
and this is what i get with lighttpd
Code: [Select]
*** Process for LIGHTTPD service ***
  - Process: restart
Starting lighttpd: 2016-06-05 14:43:52: (configfile.c.974) source: /opt/configs/           lighttpd/conf/globals/switch_standard.conf line: 29 pos: 5 parser failed somehow            near here: }
2016-06-05 14:43:52: (configfile.c.974) source: cat /opt/configs/lighttpd/conf/d           efaults/*.conf line: 36 pos: 1 parser failed somehow near here: (EOL)
2016-06-05 14:43:52: (configfile.c.974) source: /etc/lighttpd/conf.d/~lxcenter.c           onf line: 2 pos: 14 parser failed somehow near here: (EOL)
2016-06-05 14:43:52: (configfile.c.974) source: /etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf line           : 133 pos: 1 parser failed somehow near here: (EOL)
                                                           [FAILED]

I have tried switching between servers, but none of them seem to be working anymore.

Thoughts?

Also, what is 'Web-Selected' "Font end vs Back end" under web features?

better update again with 'yum clean all; yum update -y; sh /script/cleanup'.

Look like you are using old nginx version. Nginx latest version is 1.11.1.

When using web proxy like nginx-proxy, you can set using 'pure' nginx (front) or nginx-proxy (back; nginx in front and apache in back-end).

Ok, I'm trying to update now. Apache won't start either since update this morning.

It says there are no packages marked for update.

Kloxo-MR 7.0 latest upload is 2016060505.

Try 'yum clean all' 3-4 times and then run 'yum update -y'.

I did. Says there is nothing to update. I'm running the latest version. Once I upgraded is when things stopped working.

It's a bug in Kloxo-MR 7.0 in current upload. Will be fix tomorrow.

At this moment, remove 'self assign' ssl (create via 'add ssl certificate'). And then to make sure, run 'sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web -y'.

Thank you for the update. After I did 'yum update' nothing works again. Can you let me know when I should or should not update to the latest version? I understand it is beta, but should i downgrade to 6.5 for stability?

Update your Kloxo-MR. Make no custom files inside /opt/configs.

No custom files. I can get apache to start if I run it with fcgi only. Is it a cert problem again? How do I fix it?

I fixed the php-fpm issue by deleting everything in '/opt/configs/php-fpm/sock' and running fixweb, but I'm still getting an SSL error when trying to start Apache .

Code: [Select]
*** Process for HTTPD service ***
  - Process: restart
Stopping httpd:                                            [FAILED]
Starting httpd: Syntax error on line 6 of /opt/configs/apache/conf/globals/ssl_base.conf:

Using httpd 2.2 or 2.4?. And using CentOS 5 or 6?.
Title: Re: Web Server Trouble after last update
Post by: MRatWork on 2016-06-11, 20:50:44
If using Apache 2.2 and or CentOS 5, copy '/opt/configs/apache/conf/globals/ssl_base.conf' to 'custom.base_ssl.conf'.

And then modified 'custom.base_ssl.conf' with change 'SSLCompression Off' to '#SSLCompression Off'.

After that, run 'sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web -y'.

Ok, I did notice that when I removed that line it would start, but it keeps coming back. What is the path of the custom.base_ssl.conf?

Also, I would like to run a proxy server like Nginx or Lighttpd but both give SSL errors.

Lightppd:
Code: [Select]

Stopping lighttpd:                                         [FAILED]
Starting lighttpd: 2016-06-11 14:17:18: (network.c.591) SSL: ssl.pemfile only works in SSL socket binding context as openssl version does not support TLS extensions
                                                           [FAILED]

Nginx:
Code: [Select]

nginx: [emerg] the "http2" parameter requires ngx_http_v2_module in /opt/configs/nginx/conf/globals/listen_ssl_default.conf:1
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed

Same location with base_ssl.conf.

But, I didn't issue with nginx. Maybe version too old. Inform here 'nginx -v; yum list installed nginx'.

Using hiawatha-proxy.

Ok. Hiawatha proxy started, but pages are taking over 2 minutes to open. I don't see any errors though. Also is there an easy way to migrate all my sites to a new Kloxo server running Centos 7?

CentOS 7 still not work. Still in progress to implementing Kloxo-MR 7 in CentOS 7.

About too long page loading, try clear/delete cache in application.

Just backup all data, install Kloxo-MR 7.0 in CentOS 6, and restore data.

I was able to fix it by setting 'php used' under domains. I still am having trouble getting Lighttpd and Hiawatha to start. Lighttpd gives an SSL pem error TLS error and Hiawath gives this:

Code: [Select]
