FTP users error

Hello

From the last or previous update  the created FTP users cannot copy  or delete files. The connection is good, but when they want to copy, it has an error, that the transaction failed.

I use:

Kloxo-MR 7.0.0.b-2014102701

Check xinetd install or not with 'yum list installed xinetd' or try install with 'yum install xinetd'.

I found this issue in certain OS template.

I have checked it with yum list installed xinetd, the result:

Installed Packages
xinetd.x86_64                      2:2.3.14-39.el6_4                       @base

so what can i do now?

Try reinstall with 'yum reinstall pure-ftpd; service xinetd restart'.

I do that, but the problem is the same:

When copy (with total commander):
Cant check the resiztance and transfer failed.

Have you set 'passive mode' for ftp connection?.
