Go to 'Spam Status' for every mail account and then change 'Score At Which Mail Is Judged Spam' to '7' (click 'Help' to know more).

Remember, need enable 'spf' and 'dmarc' for every mail account in 'mail auth'.

Exampe under 'admin', go to 'admin > domains > (select 1 domain) > email auth'.
