DMARC is optional and you can set from 'Email Auth' for this domain in panel.
BLACKLIST is make your sending mail will be blocked (maybe still receipt but in spam box) for recipient (mosly from big email systems like gmail).
'Name Servers are on the Same Subnet' mean your dns using the same IP or different IP but in the same subnet (under /24 subnet; example: 123.123.123.1 and 123.123.123.100)
Don't care about SOA if your domain can reach.

Yes, better backup your data but you only need follow 'step B.2' in https://github.com/mustafaramadhan/kloxo/blob/dev/how-to-install.txt for update 6.5 to 7.0.

1. I think you have trouble for dns setting. You are using external ns server
2. Also missing PTR record
3. Also blacklist
With above issues, it's make trouble to send and receive mails.
Running 'sh /script/cleanup' after 'yum update kloxomr7 -y' also update php version if exists.

You use Kloxo-MR 6.5 instead 7.0.
If want update to 7.0. follow step 'B.2. update from 6.5.0 to 7.0.0' in https://github.com/mustafaramadhan/kloxo/blob/dev/how-to-install.txt

Already fixed.
There are something wrong with your dns. You are using external dns server but their content not the same. Fix it by yourself. Use dns setting in vps and make it the same to external dns server. Example, your www detect using IP .14 but setting in VPS using IP .16.

1. Enable 'display error' in 'php configure'.
2. Add 'error_reporting(E_ALL); ini_set('display_errors', 1);' in index.php
And then you will see what's wrong in your code.

The problem is vpopmail database using innodb as storage engine but your mysql/mariadb already skip-innodb. I was convert vpopmail database to myisam and I think no issue again for login.
