DMARC is optional and you can set from 'Email Auth' for this domain in panel.

BLACKLIST is make your sending mail will be blocked (maybe still receipt but in spam box) for recipient (mosly from big email systems like gmail).

'Name Servers are on the Same Subnet' mean your dns using the same IP or different IP but in the same subnet (under /24 subnet; example: 123.123.123.1 and 123.123.123.100)

Don't care about SOA if your domain can reach.

But now i got this error

I tried yum remove *-toaster

 But when yum install *-toaster

Its say No package *-toaster available.

No options for it.

Yes, better backup your data but you only need follow 'step B.2' in https://github.com/mustafaramadhan/kloxo/blob/dev/how-to-install.txt for update 6.5 to 7.0.
