Unable to change FTP password via Kloxo MR

Hello Mustafa.

I just installed the kloxo-mr on the brand new vps. Logged in and set all the prompted parameters such as changing default port, setting mail server name and dns template. Then I tried to log in to FTP server. The server prompts for user name/password then after short pause I get "Erro 530: authentication failed"


I tried to change the password via kloxo panel but it doesn't fix the issue.

If I am using the admin password that I use to log in to the Kloxo MR then it allows me to log in to the ftp.

I only have a single domain name in my Kloxo MR panel

Pureftpd.log is empty

The Kloxo is Kloxo-MR 6.5.0.f-2016111301

I turned off mail server because I don't need it.

What can I do to fix the issue?
