Does "Blocked IP Addresses" definitively blocks IP's so no any connection attempts could be made from those IP's at any services (smtp, imap, pop, ssh, etc.)?
I'm asking because I've blocked some IP's but still get tries to connect to smtp from them.

How about tiouse configserver firewall.

you just add ip in csf.deny.
