Try 'sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web' and inform here what's you see.

[root@mail script]# sh /script/fixweb

- For help, type '/script/fixweb --help'
- No argument supplied. Defaulting to localhost (master) servers

You running 'sh /script/fixweb' will appear something like:
Code: [Select]
[root@dev ~]# sh /script/fixweb

- For help, type '/script/fixweb --help'
- No argument supplied. Defaulting to localhost (master) servers

Fixing Web server config
- 'forum.mratwork.com' ('forums') at 'localhost'
- 'mybb.mratwork.com' ('forums') at 'localhost'
- 'phpbb.mratwork.com' ('forums') at 'localhost'
- 'defaults' and 'php-fpm' at 'localhost'
- 'smf.mratwork.com' ('forums') at 'localhost'
- 'project.mratwork.com' ('projects') at 'localhost'
- 'rpms.mratwork.com' ('repos') at 'localhost'
- 'rpms.potissima.com' ('repos') at 'localhost'
- 'wiki.mratwork.com' ('wikis') at 'localhost'
- 'dev.potissima.com' ('admin') at 'localhost'
- 'mratwork.com' ('admin') at 'localhost'

So, try 'sh /script/cleanup'.
