Alert: could_not_ add_mail error when trying to add domain name

I keep getting the following error in admin > Home (reseller) > Home (tester) when trying to add a domain name:

Alert: could_not_ add_mail

Could someone help me add fix the mail problem so that I can add a domain name?

Try running 'yum reinstall *-toaster; sh /script/fixmail-all; sh /script/restart-all' first. Possible something wrong with qmail as mail server.

The solution to this error is to "Login As" the domain account and then add domain.
