Alert: Already exists [nname - sslcert]

Hi,

I've already added ssl certificate for my two domain but my client can't add ssl certificate for his domain.
He is geting Alert: Already exists [nname - sslcert]. but there is no certificate for that domain and no file in ssl folder.

What can i do.

I've Logedin using client username. Then
Domains> Domain.com> SSL Cerficates> Add Upload Text.
