SSL Error after upgrade

I've upgraded from 6.5 to 7.0 however apache won't start.

I've tried changing webserver and back again, same with php.

I'm now getting the error:

I've removed the certificate and run /script/fixssl and this re-generates it however apache sill won't start.

Try reinstall with 'yum reinstall kloxomr7; sh /script/fixssl; sh /script/fixphp; sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web'.

Run the command as suggested, but it made no difference.

I've switched to hiawatha as an alternative, that starts but I get error 500 on my php site.
