Title: SPF record error for incoming email

A person has sent me email from vivek@webvisitors.co.in to our email vendor@hostingultraso.com in my server (have KloxoMR). But it has been bounce back. But when he sent it to the Gmail I have got it.

He had forwarded the bounce email to my gmail and I found that error "451 SPF lookup failure (#4.3.0): retry timeout exceeded"

I have look the SPF error here - http://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html and found that there are no SPF record present in his email. Probably this is the reason our server has been bounce the incoming email.

However, I want to receive every incoming email whether it has any SPF record or not? How is this possible?

Enable spf via 'admin > mailserver settings'.

I have login to admin, but there is no SPF in mail server settings. However, I have already enabled SPF under the domain name before this error. Please see the link.
