Need more information on the File Manager

I am doing some work on my own patch of kloxo, however I am chasing down a bug present in the official kloxo (and hypervm) that does not seem to impact kloxo-mr.

Details of Bug
Files are placed in memory in full when using the download link. As such, it IS disastrous for large files to be downloaded on boxes with low RAM. More details are at http://forum.lxcenter.org/index.php?t=m ... msg_107131

Impact to Kloxo-MR:
None. Which is why I am here.

I am curious to know what changes were done on the back end that might contribute to why kloxo-mr is not impacted so I can fix it on the official kloxo (or at least in my own server builds). I've already tried copying some of the ffilelib files from a kloxo-mr install and that didnt help, which leads me to believe it might be a bug with the version of lighttpd that kloxo uses for its admin panel.

Can someone enlighten me on what was changed? Thanks

At this moment, Kloxo-MR using different packages for running itself. Kloxo (also HyperVM) using lxphp (special compile; very old php 5.2) and lxlighttpd (special lighttpd; also old). In another side, Kloxo-MR using php52s (special php 5.2; latest version; also using for secondary php) and hiawatha (light like lighttpd; more faster).
