Selected to stop qmail in "services" tab and now can not log in to kloxo

Hello Mustafa.

Today I got a message that my server was going to be suspended for spamming. They showed me a log and I wanted to stop a qmail service. So I logged in to kloxo and turned off qmail on "services" tab. After that I was logged out of Kloxo automatically. Then I tried to log back inand got a wrong password message.
I googled on how to reset the password and tried the sh /script/resetpassword master

It didn't yeld any results.
Then I tried "service mysqld restart" and I got error that no such service.

I tried script restart-all with the following outcome that shows mysql working :

Do you have any ideas on how to fix the issue and log back in to the panel?

Don't disable qmail but add certain user to ban for sendmail with 'sendmail to bans'.

Investigate 'mail log' from 'log manager' to know what's website/client using many many sendmail (that mean spamming).

I am unable to log in to the kloxo. The password reset does not resets it.

Sorry, 'sendmail to bans' only exists in Kloxo-MR 7.0.

Reset with password with 'sh /script/resetpassword master YOURNEWPASSWORD'.

Back to enable qmail with 'chkconfig qmail on; sh /script/restart-mail'.

There are something with /tmp file and make Kloxo-MR fail to create session (importance for token).

Try 'chmod 1777 /tmp; sh /script/restart'.
