DNS applications failed to start!

It seems that the dns applications are going down one-by-one in my server.
I installed the Kloxo-Mr 7 on a CentOs 6.5 a few days ago, and everything was fine, the default dns server was bind, then I restored my previously backed up data from Kloxo-MR 6.5 , and the dns server failed to start, I tried to find the problem, but I couldn't, so I changed the component to nsd, and it worked, until another restoration, and nsd stopped working too, then again I changed the dns server application to Djbdns, and it worked fine. Today I changed the IP address of the server, and updated the DNS settings, dns templates,.. , and Djbdns stopped working too.
I tried to switch to bind, nsd, djbdns, and none of them worked, I tried /script/fixdns, rebooted the server, but none of them working.
Now I changed the component to pdns, and it's working, I think in a near future I'll ran out of options! if I can't fix the other dns servers!

No reason dns server not work after restore data except something with data itself.

Change IP need 're-read IP' and then run 'sh /script/fix-all; sh /script/restart-all' to make sure.

Finally I got bind (named) to start.
I ran "named -g" and looked for the errors reported. the problem was due to invalid permissions to
/var/log/named folder and its files for "named".

Yes, run clean cleanup/fixdns possible fix this issue.
