Mustafa again there is a problem with the command 'sh/script/cleanup'.
Re-create directories with the name of user:

Please fix it because it is in my opinion a serious error and disruptive to the execution of the above command always created.
But if I had 200 customers a manual reset is a pain.
In the previous version of this error has been removed.
Or stop to release a stable version with errors.

Mustafa I downloaded your whole repository which is 1.4GB in size and there is a mess. You should tag each version separately.
And in this topic I wrote the above message in the new version.
This error goes on for months. In version 6.5.0.f-2013031819 fix the it.
A new version of 6.5.0.f-2013031820 again is the same bug that iele times have been describing here.

Mustafa is a problem with the command 'sh/script/cleanup'. Ll These directories are created when you use it, and regardless of whether the update or later.
As a repository overview of the changes in git, you can check online. You do not need to download, but you're getting into a tar.gz file and you can not do that. I have a mirror of your online repository on the server.

I think it's not related to cleanup bug/issue but something wrong with your '/home/lxadmin/mail/domains' ownership and or permissions. Also maybe missing certain user (client/reseller in Kloxo-MR context). Mail data save inside this directory.
You can trace '/script/fixmail' code to know how to Kloxo-MR try to fix mail account.
Your issue not appear on my servers and that nothing wrong with cleanup in context your issue.

I think it's not related to cleanup bug/issue but something wrong with your '/home/lxadmin/mail/domains' ownership and or permissions. Also maybe missing certain user (client/reseller in Kloxo-MR context). Mail data save inside this directory.

Your issue not appear on my servers and that nothing wrong with cleanup in context your issue.
Mustafa is that in you there is an error that does not mean it does not exist. For me, this has long been a problem and the previous version was without error and is present with him again.

So I tried to reset and doing another user. Obfuscating also kloxo and vpopmail database. These emails are duplicated. They are created in the '/home/lxadmin/domais' 03.2013 with the user and the root with root privileges.

That's what I did. Unfortunately, there is still the same.
Kloxo can not delete e-mails or because they do not have root privileges because it still does in the main directory. These e-mails are done with root privileges.

As I said before, there are something wrong with your certain domain. You can check vpopmail database with phpmyadmin. Also you can run '/home/vpopmail/bin/vdominfo'. If you found list domain with 0 uid and gid and then you must delete this domain from Kloxo-Panel and in vpopmail database.
If you vdominfo report uid and gid that mean user as 'root'. It's wrong and have a trouble.
Also you can check in domain table in kloxo database.

Mustafa has already done that. Removed the user and domain databases kloxo and vpopmail. I made a new user and would add to the domain after deleting all the directories associated with the user and the domain, and if I add a new user to any domain name that is the same.

Steps:
1. Create 'tester' as new client
2. Change owner of nemcio.pl from 'never' to 'tester'
3. Delete nemcio.pl from panel
4. directory '/home/tester/nemcio.pl' and '/home/lxadmin/mail/domains/nemcio.pl'
5. run 'sh /script/fixmail-all' to make sure delete process everything running well
6. Create again nemcio.pl under 'tester' client
7. Add some mail account
8. Change owner of nemcio.pl from 'tester' to 'never'
9. Run again 'sh /script/fixmail-all'

Don't worry, cleanup not destruct your mail.
I didn't investigated deeply. It's possible dirs and or files permissions and or ownership. Permissions like 0700, 2700, 4700 or 6700 have different effect.
Fixmail-all script try fix mail issue (fixmail like previous kloxo, set softlimit, fix user-assign, customize custom run, fix vpopmail password and others). This script not exist on previous Kloxo. Sadly, issue like yours still not fixed by this script because some parameters are missing.
Some problems possible because Kloxo-MR maybe have bugs but this bugs possible from others (like qmail-toaster rpms or other packages).
Sometimes, we don't care 'why' but need 'how'.

As a repository of best do it on your own server, including the repository rpm. It's not that difficult.
