From log file, look like something wrong with innodb.

Try remove 'innodb_force_recovery = 2' and add 'skip-innodb' under '[mysqld]'. Inform here again your /etc/my.cnf.

Did you restart mysql after add 'skip-innodb'?.

Yes and its goes failed.

I think the server doesnt have ram to start the mysql, now httpd down went down, when i try i get unknow service

Kloxo-MR able in VPS with 128MB RAM. But, in OpenVZ, sometimes have weird behaviour.

To know how much RAM, run 'sh /script/sysinfo' or 'free -m'.
