It's look like something trouble with kloxo database.

But, try 'sh /script/mysql-convert --engine=myisam' first.

It's fresh install or update from Kloxo official?.

CentoOs 5.7 before the updates

i can again do a fresh VPS install

but i've done that already 3 times
