yes . every day . mostly at night . (IST ) . and mostly low traffic this duration .

Better, check php-fpm log in 'log manager' (also other logs) to find out what's happen on your server.

Look like something wrong with php-fpm service. In latest upload, restart/reload including 'pkill -9 php-fpm' if kloxo using cgi instead fpm for php.
