i can't reach my mail service

the ports are open what do you think is the problem ??

Look like something wrong with your dns. Check your dns with intodns.com.

Why using external ns instead ns1.restart-technology.com and ns2.restart-technology.com?

because it's azure and i did try so hard to make it work for long time so dnsimple is the only one support azure

I think you didn't understand about dns. Better hire someone for faster resolve.

i fixed everything thanks ramadan some issues with ftp but i am testing to make sure
