Primary domain and subdomain went to Kloxo default page after adding subdomains

Dear Sir,

Primary domain and subdomains pages have gone to the defaut page of Kloxo Mr after adding a subdomain. I resolved the domain to the IP with Kloxo dns template. The intos.com/mydomain.com shows that it is OK for my dns.

It was ok before adding the subdomain. However, the website has gone directly to the default page of Kloxo.

The primary domain root is home/admin/mydomain.com. It probably has not directed to home/admin/mydomain.com.
The preview is right OK. the preview is my site. But when I open my website in my browser, it goes to the default page of kloxo.

Could you please help me fix this? Thanks.

If using index.html for website. Rename this index.html to index.php.

I did as you told, but the website still shows the default page of Kloxo. The website does not go to /home/admin/mydomin.com, but to the default page of kloxo(/home/kloxo/httpd/default).

It is strange, I tried a lot of times, the website simply shows the default page of kloxo(/home/kloxo/httpd/default).  It does not show pages of  /home/admin/mydomin.com.

Usually this issue related to dns setting and or dns service not running well.

Try 'sh /script/restart-all -y' and then report the result. And also check dns setting in intodns.com.
