Title: Please add qmailctl stop; qmailctl start at the end of simpl

It says restarting qmail services, but this is doing on /etc/init.d/qmail restart

Each time you restart MySQL database qmail must be fully reloaded with qmailctl stop; qmailctl start !

What's the point of restarting MySQL in /script/cleanup-simple ?
