yes remove/rename atomic.repo and then running again 'yum clean all; yum update'

renamed atomic.repo and now without any clean or update, php changed to 5.4 without any problem

And do you know why only nginx do not work ?
nginxproxy work as well but nginx do not work

Beside change to 'nginx', run 'sh /script/fix-chmodchown' in ssh (also appear in 'webserver config').
