NO support from mrat regarding email, any other knowledgeable person plz help

I can recive email but cant sent mails , when i send it says mail sent but in log it shows smtp connection error.

Plz help me me talking about this from 4 months here and mrat is unable to fix his own server.

can you try to another vp?

i mean maybe your provider block some ports that requirement for smtp

Port 25 and all other smtp ports are open i have checked in vps already.

2. Make sure hostname with FQDN qualification
3. Make sure reverse-dns already exists (usually ask to provider for setting it)
4. Make sure smtp, pop3 and imap4 port not blocked (testing telnet; better from outside)
5. Make sure IP not blocked (testing via mxtoolbox.com)

hello buddy, my vps with kloxo-mr can receive and send email.
and i think this problem only for your vps.

i already talk: try kloxo-mr from another vps (with different provider).
if the problem same, you can blame kloxo-mr, but if is running well, so the problem is from your vps.
