After Update, the httpd not working!

I have updated the kloxo after the cleanup, i see an error

A httpd start: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

what is that? its working well before the update... What should i do now?
