Hi I am new here in this forum
i have installed kloxo mr 6.5 and everything is working fine but No email is going out and norcoming in, please help me , when any one register to my website no emails are going to him, But when i send mail it says mail sent but receive cant receive mails.

how to change both hostname and hostname -s to server.domain.com

Modified '/etc/sysconfig/network' and '/etc/hosts'. And then reboot.
If after reboot hostname back to previous (usually in OpenVZ VPS), you must update hostname in VPS panel.

i have changed from all openvz also but here are the results hostname -s shows only ns1
[root@ns1 ~]# hostname
ns1.pattola.com

when i open roundcube for mail after this it says
DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!
Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

Again, look like something wrong with mail server.
Try 'sh /script/reset-mysql-root-password YOURPASSWORD; yum reinstall *-toaster -y; sh /script/fixmail-all'.

Fixed by this
Solution:
I just followed the below steps which fixed my issue,
1) Reset mysql pass from kloxo interface only.
2) /script/upcp

So, if we change mysql root password (especially not from Kloxo-MR panel) and then we need reset mysql root password.
I have done everything you told me but even though the mail are not going out , i can recive mails but no mails are going out This is a serious issue need to be resolved , plz take time to solve my problem.
If i change root password does my websites get effected or i have to edit any thing on my website,

because smtp is not connecting to out mails and this is not with me all kloxo users have same problum and host does not block 25.

Check your domain in mxtoolbox.com. Look like no enable for spf and domainkeys/dkim. It's because your dns setting in cloudflare uncompletely.

no ip is reported in blacklist and ya when i brought domain and vps from the first day the mail thing not working so solve wht smtp not making connection its the kloxo thing because i ca n recieve mails but cant send .

how to enable spf and where is is blocked , blocking does not effect on all smtp servers , it cant send on any as the vps cant connect to any smtp server buy port 25 is open and working in vps.

Without spf, domainkeys/dkim and revese-dns, gmail.com and other will be think email from your server as 'spam'.

Note that we will disable CloudFlare for the mx1 and mx2 subdomains as we do not proxy traffic on port 25 (SMTP). If CloudFlare is not disabled for the records, mail delivery will not be successful.

I totaly removed cf from my domain even though no email comming send me your email id ill send you mail then you will know

it just blackested in 2 and that too i have contacted they said this does not effect gamAiL , and what are you talking about , your klxo server cant connect to ant smtp server after removal of Cf also. DO YOU REALY KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS YOU ARE TROLLING ME AROUND WITH THIS A SIMPLE FIX.

If you don't make mistake for dns related to spf, domainkeys/dkim, reverse-dns and no blacklisted and qualified hostname so no reason your issue still exists. That it.
