nginx with fast cache

Nginx cache save inside /var/cache/nginx

only 33kB size one file in /var/cache/nginx/e/27 .  so it is working or not ?

Nginx cache depend on how much traffic usage and pages. Also, not every parts of page will be cache (say it static files like images, css and js).
