Truly, no different between previous qmail-toaster with latest one except different run script.
Sadly, I didn't test fpr pop3 but imap. After update, I didn't found any issues related to mail.
I am not sure reboot will be fix your issue.

Mustafa does not help. Somewhere you made a mistake in the updates. The .20 was OK.
I'm going back to 20 and block the updates Kloxo-MR because the server will again four days offline as recently as one day online.
-
I just better not do updates because every update is full of bugs and the server is still offline.
Stable versions should be free of errors.

Mustafa yet still write that this is a problem after upgrading to the latest version. So to vpopmail-toaster.x86_64 0:5.4.33-1.4.2. Mr.el6.
The version vpopmail-toaster.x86_64.5.4.33-1.4.1.mr.el6 working properly.

You said before have a problem with vpopmail-toaster.
Vpopmail just interface to login process. Pop3 and Imap handle by courier. Smtp handle by qmail.
So, your issue related to courier instead vpopmail or qmail.
So try increasing SOFTLIMITVAR inside /var/qmail/supervise/pop3/run and /var/qmail/supervise/pop3-ssl/run to:
if [ `uname -m` = 'x86_64' ] ; then
SOFTLIMITVAR="64000000"
else
SOFTLIMITVAR="9000000"

Many reference advice increase softlimit from 9000000 to 48000000 for centos 64bit but this advice relate to centos 5. Maybe Centos 6 need more.
That it

Mustafa doing a really good job, but unfortunately this version is not suitable for the stable version.
All vpopmail-toaster in 64 bit is unusable. She returned to the old version of vpopmail-toaster and everything works fine. The latest version of which was spent not suitable for stable version. It should be marked as a beta version is not stable. Just not suitable for the stable version because it has errors.
Mustafa should do tests before you release a stable version because users have a right to expect a well-functioning product and not to spend countless hours searching for the more bugs that never run a meaningful description of the progress of work and what you changed and where. The more that do not need to be familiar with this because kloxo is described as a product that is easy to install and use.
Mustafa ahead if you plan to release the next version of the first test version i do check that there are partition with works correctly and write, it is a trial version and you need to test it, it's probably a lot of us will be there to test.
Regards and about you shut until you fix errors vpopmail-toaster and will be the new version, but without the error.

Mustafa is nowhere to be found in the web of the new and old vpopmail-toaster to compare what changed in vpopmail-toaster.
Just because you work does not mean that others have to work. You always works, and look at how many people here says that they did not work a lot of things.
Love the new version of vpopmail-toaster does not work and I can not compare the two versions I have not found the two of them.

Different thing mostly related to run content. You can inverstigate the content of /var/qmail/supervise/smtp/run, /supervise/smtp-ssl/run and /var/qmail/supervise/submission/run especially on:
if [ `uname -m` = 'x86_64' ] ; then
SOFTLIMITVAR="64000000"
else
SOFTLIMITVAR="9000000"
fi
and:
export SMTPAUTH=""
SSL=0
REQUIRE_AUTH=0
FORCE_TLS=0
DENY_TLS=0
AUTH=1
REQUIRE_AUTH=0
ALLOW_INSECURE_AUTH=1
For Centos 6 (like pop3 issue), softlimit maybe not enough. Need increase.

It's work in my servers.
Use submission (port 587; unsecure; no tls/ssl).
You can inverstigate the content of /var/qmail/supervise/smtp/run, /supervise/smtp-ssl/run and /var/qmail/supervise/submission/run especially on:
if [ `uname -m` = 'x86_64' ] ; then
SOFTLIMITVAR="64000000"
else
SOFTLIMITVAR="9000000"
fi
and:
export SMTPAUTH=""
SSL=0
REQUIRE_AUTH=0
FORCE_TLS=0
DENY_TLS=0
AUTH=1
REQUIRE_AUTH=0
ALLOW_INSECURE_AUTH=1
For Centos 6 (like pop3 issue), softlimit maybe not enough. Need increase.
Mustafa yesterday increased the limit for these three files you have written and unfortunately did not work by increasing the limits of e-mails. The new version of vpopmail-toaster is underdeveloped and is not suitable for use and never found the old nor the new vpopmail-toaster to download and look for errors. Besides the stable errors are not acceptable. Once these are beta and alpha.

Old run file just no exist of:
export SMTPAUTH=""
SSL=0
REQUIRE_AUTH=0
FORCE_TLS=0
DENY_TLS=0
AUTH=1
REQUIRE_AUTH=0
ALLOW_INSECURE_AUTH=1

This file is STMP from the previous version and it works well:

So, your previous is the same as the latest one. You can copy previous run script.
For restart qmail, 'qmailctl restart' not the same logic between 'qmailctl stop' + 'qmailctl start'. For this 'true' restart better using 'qmailctl stop' and then 'qmailctl start'
Logic for:
if [ `uname -m` = 'x86_64' ] ; then
SOFTLIMITVAR="64000000"
else
SOFTLIMITVAR="9000000"
fi
are:
- if script detect your OS is 64bit, then use '64000000' as SOFTLIMITVAR
- if no 64bit, then use '9000000'.
In early Kloxo-MR, SOFTLIMITVAR as the same for 32bit and 64bit. Value set to '64000000'.

Mustafa new version of vpopmail-toaster simply malfunctioning. The previous version of vpopmail-toaster works fine and I'm using it now. I'm not going to experiment because friends are upset that the servers were online and one day after the last update they had five days offline I have released an update with error vpopmail-toaster. That's not why people pay for servers to take them offline because you still stable release an update with errors that uniemo?liwij? correct operation of servers. I also do not pay for the server to have it still offline because with every update errors. With the next update, return to the previous version of vpopmail-toaster or Let the new version but a properly working.
If you want to catch the errors that give up at home with the use of Windows and install Linux yourself to some he'll be all caught a malfunction.
Vpopmail-toaster.x86_64.5.4.33-1.4.1.mr.el6 is OK. The new version is bad.
