All subdomains and DNS A record redired to Webmail folder

Dear sir,
Kloxo mr 7.0.
All subdomains and dns A record redireted to /home/kloxo/httpd/webmail, how can I fix this?

After adding a subdomain, the page shows of that of webmail.
After add a NSN a record, the page shows of that of webmail, too.

And {Domain Configure} , domain IP configuration Error: I cannot configure some one of IPs to my domain. When I clicked to update some IP to my domain, it did nothing. And the IP, too, shows the page of webmail.

Could u please troubleshoot this?

Did you assign IP to certain client and or website?.

Yes, I assign this IP to Admin(myself), only one website.

However, when I create a subdomain, the subdomain site redirect to webmail page.

When I add an A record to this IP, the record and this IP redirect to webmail page.

If you only have 1 IP, don't assign this IP to certain Client and or domains. You 1 IP as shared IP. That it.

I have 3 ips.

I assigned one of them to Admin(myself, Exclusive Client ), only one website.

However, after I created a subdomain, the subdomain site redirected to webmail page(/home/kloxo/httpd/webmail/index.php). .

When I added an A record to this IP, the record and this IP redirected to webmail page.

But when I unssign any of the ips, the subdomain, a record and IP, all of them redirected to the webmail page(/home/kloxo/httpd/webmail/index.php).

When I openned this IP in my browser, it shows the webmail page(/home/kloxo/httpd/webmail/index.php).

Please kindly help me this, thank u.

Check your dns setting in intodns.com.

Better inform here for your dns setting.

Semangat pagi Rekan2, maaf saya ada kendala di webmail, kenapa saya set ip address>domain configure. saya ganti ke domain saya. tidak bisa aksess webmail tetapi jika saya ganti domain configure ke default wordpress multisite saya tidak berjalan..? terimakasih para mastah

Jangan di-assign IP ke domain, kecuali anda memiliki lebih dari 2 IP public. Ini berakibat semua website akan 'menuju' alamat yang sama.

Tidak perlu assign dan cukup tambahkan wildcards (*) untuk domain terkait melalui 'server aliases'.

jadi jika menambhkan domain baru dan ingin menambhkan subdomain hrs menambhakan * di server alias

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class ‘ReduxFramework’ does not have a method ‘vc_fixes’ in /home/rudi/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 525

It's your wordpress issue rather than webserver and php.

Remember, it's 'warning' and not 'error'. You can  disable 'error display'.
