Mysql root changed now cleanup error

There are something wrong for Kloxo-MR in Centos 6.

In my experience, better update mysql to mariadb from centalt with follow:

1. Change /etc/yum.repos.d/kloxo-mr.repo:

3. copy '/etc/my.cnf.rpmsave' to '/etc/my.cnf.d/my.cnf'.

4. Restart mysql with 'service mysqld restart'.

This is production server - so before I change to mariadb do I have to remove mysql?  Run the convert to mariadb script?

I want to make sure I have everything I need done so it works.

Do I have to manually yum remove mysql?

Just enough above step.

If something wrong with '/etc/my.cnf.d/my.cnf', try copy from '/usr/share/mysql' for one of file my-*.cnf (like my-small.cnf).

Remember, don't use mariadb from mariadb.org (where /script/mysql-to-mariadb for mariadb from mariadb.org). There are something wrong mariadb from mariadb.org but running well in Centos 5.

So:
1. For Centos 5 -> use mariadb from mariadb.org
2. For Centos 6 -> use mariadb from centalt.ru
