Mysql Databases Error 500

Hello,
When I go in phpmyadmin I get this bug (see pic.) :



In phpmyadmin everything works correctly but I'm wondering why this Bug came up?
This happened after I was upgraded Kloxo-MR with the command 'sh /script/cleanup'.

I use Kloxo-Mr v.6.5.0

Investigate phpmyadmin version issue in phpmyadmin.org.

same for me error 500 with kloxo-mr 6.5 stable on centos 6 on 2 server
