W3 Total Cache using Memcached

I am trying use memcached with W3 Total Cache and got this message. Not sure what to do. I did enabled memcached in "PHP Module Status".

The following memcached servers are not responding or not running:
Page Cache: 127.0.0.1:11211.
This message will automatically disappear once the issue is resolved.

Install memcached with 'yum install memcached -y; chkconfig memcached on; sh /script/restart-web'.

Memcached and apc are different target/functions. Memcached for database cache amd apc opcode php code. You can combining them.
