how can clean my kloxo-mr from malware?

scan with ClamAV man so simple

That's a Win32 virus so I'm guessing it is either an email attachment or embeded in a web page on the server.
You could see if Maldet is finding it.  Run

maldet --report from the command line and see if it is reporting the virus.
