Title: Mails in WebMail not seen with timezone we selected in Kloxo-MR

I tried with AfterLogic, Roundcube and Rainloop.

In Roundcube attempted to configure the timezone with the same as selected in Kloxo-MR timezone + PHP Configuration timezone. Still time is not seen properly for sent mails.

Is there some additional configuration been missed here?

Just saw on server, on hitting "date" command on command line getting wrong time as below

I got this fixed by installing ntp and enabling it with default configs.

Steps - https://www.prohost.be/centos-install-ntp/

yum install ntp
chkconfig ntpd on
ntpdate pool.ntp.org
/etc/init.d/ntpd start

Run 'date --help' to know format.

With 'date +%Y/%m/%d' will appear '2017/09/14'

After installing ntp, date and timezone is properly seen.

Shouldn't Kloxo-MR come with pre-installed ntp?
