Title: Login Unsuccessful / Fatal: unable to start clamd/run: file does not exist

hello am having  problems  with kloxomr after server migration and update
can't login to kloxomr panel with correct details, i get error  Login Unsuccessful
and this  supervise: fatal: unable to start clamd/run: file does not exist

Please inform:

1. Update from version to version?
2. Inform here 'yum list clamav*'

I tried everything i see there
still same.
